How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who contacts Causedolder Roofing to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
Write to us about any of these:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Causedolder Roofing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Know this, though: Causedolder Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@causedolder.living. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle it, answer the email and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
