You call or send a request. We ask for a few facts so we can point you the right way:

From there, a provider in our network may contact you. Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability. Or use the estimate form and wait for a reply.

Our calls lean toward new roofs and full replacements. Have a smaller repair? Say so. What a provider takes on varies.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to:

• Carry the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• Give quotes in writing
• Explain the work in plain words
• Treat your home and yard with care

You should still ask to see proof of license and insurance. Do it every time.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not do roofing work.
• We do not set prices. Providers do.
• We do not sign contracts for you. Your contract is with the provider.
• We do not make insurance decisions. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
• We do not promise timing. Schedules depend on the provider, the weather, and the job.

How We Are Paid

Straight answer: a provider in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. You do not pay Causedolder Roofing to use this site. Your quote comes from the provider. Get it in writing. Compare it with others if you like. Nothing forces you to sign.

Ask your provider about a yearly check. Clear gutters. Trim branches that hang over the roof. Watch for stains on ceilings.
